Single family estate material taken from 100-300 year old tea trees in Da Qing village (Jinggu county). The tea trees grow naturaly without interference on nearby hillsides and are the oldest trees in the area.
Sweet vegetive/hay notes with an underlining bitterness and astringency getting sweeter further through the infusions. Moderate body, bitterness folds into returning sweetness in the back of the mouth after drinking and long aftertaste that is slightly peach/fruit. All the marks of a good cake to age here!
