The 2016 Spring material used for this cake is from 150-350 year old tea trees of the very remote Han Gu Di village in Jinggu area.
The dry leafs are fairly aromatic. The broth is clean & clear.
After the rinse the wet leafs offer a deep sweet apricot / ripe mango aroma.
